NiveauC is designed for Canadian federal public servants, and we treat your data accordingly, in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Audio recordings
We ask for your explicit consent before any audio recording. Recordings are used solely to transcribe and analyze your answers, then deleted after transcription unless you explicitly choose to keep them.
What we collect
Your account information (email), your onboarding answers (estimated level, target level, department, optional job description) and your practice results. We use them only to personalize your training.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your results with your employer. Your job description is treated as confidential input used only to generate your exercises.
Where your data lives
Data is hosted with providers offering Canadian regions where possible. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
